The Town of Jicin and Jesuit College. A historical town of 17.000 inhabitants, is situated in East Bohemia (town cca 100 km NE from capital Prague) in a very attractive nature resort - so called "The Czech Paradise". IRON 01 symposium is presented in the framework of Former Jesuit College Revitalization Program to contribute a communication in this alternative space of a hundreds years history (being a part of large scale early baroque landscape composition in 17. century and Soviet army barracks in the very recent time). http://www.jicinsko.cz/landscape |
